Marilyn is a Senior Project Manager with a passion for team building and believes that a cohesive team can produce the most successful outcomes. With 18 years of combined experience in construction and owner’s representation, Marilyn brings high impact and effective leadership to a wide variety of projects, including current projects at the Delacorte Theatre in Central Park and Brooklyn Public library, as well as other commercial, retail, and educational work. She specializes in motivating others with her positive energy, while holding the team accountable through clear direction and communication. Beyond her role as project manager, Marilyn serves on the Ambassador Council of the Nontraditional Employment for Women (NEW) organization and regularly volunteers for mentorship opportunities and donates her time to empowering young women and other minorities to pursue their professional goals. Marilyn is the go-to event planner in the office, which can be accredited to her vast creativity, her effortless ability to execute a plan and her delightfully festive spirit.
