Leah Colmenares
Senior Project Manager

Leah is a Senior Project Manager specializing in leading harmonious project teams from inception to completion. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to ensure their dreams become a reality.  Leah brings a holistic perspective of construction with 10 years of industry experience working for a leading New York construction manager and for a purpose-driven real estate developer. Having worked across all sides of the table, Leah channels team dynamics toward achieving project goals. She is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients and fellow women in the industry and is currently the Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Committee for the Commercial Real Estate Women New York Chapter. She has been recognized by the Women Builders Council as the Next Generation of Women Builders and is a Designated Design Build Professional from the Design Build Institute of America. Leah is known for her supportive and approachable leadership style and the go-to person for welcoming new staff members to the Envoie team.
