CULTURAL & RELIGIOUS
Brooklyn Public Library entered into an agreement with the Hudson group to occupy a 3-story retail space in the new development called One Clinton located at 280 Cadman Plaza. This new branch replaces the Brooklyn Heights branch, which was previously located on this development site. Envoie Projects represented the Library’s interests in the negotiation of changes to the work, cost, and schedule with the developer as well as providing comprehensive project management for the fit-out of the library space.
